Where's Waddill?

In the Reading Room!

As you walk along the southwestern bend of the Mangrove Bayou Walkway, you may notice an interesting site... our 'reading room'! Once part of the Selby Library, the reading room features concrete slabs from Selby's original building.

We plan to honor that history, allowing park visitors to relax and enjoy a good book at the park.

New Funding Announcement!

A $2 million grant for environmental restoration projects at The Bay was just passed the House and Senate. Last step? A signature from the President. More news to come!
